initial meeting
Once you've have selected a collection, we will complete all of the necessary paperwork, retainer and select payment plans to secure your session date. After that we can start working on all of the fun details like narrowing down a gorgeous location!
ready to book
During this time we can discuss coordinating outfits or which dress (or dresses) you'll be using from my client closet! We'll also talk about some personal details to cater our session more towards you and capturing the things you care about most.
The day before our session I will send a confirmation text confirming the date, time, where to park and where to meet for our session.
prepping for your shoot
Get ready for some BIG laughs and a lot of fun! My sessions are a little more on the relaxed side. I love to incorporate playful prompts and activities that will bring natural genuine laughter and smiles in all of my sessions. The more relaxed you are the more you enjoy our time together. My ultimate goal is to create more memories with you not just photos.

On gallery delivery day you will receive an email with all of the details explaining how to access and download your gallery. All sessions include All Inclusive Gallery Downloads. So there is no hassle of picking and choosing between which photos you'd like to keep in your beautifully curated gallery. Inside your gallery you will also have the opportunity to purchase albums, wall art and print collections from our professional print lab.

WHAT SHOULD WE WEAR?
The first thing I tell everyone is make sure you are comfortable! If you aren't you will definitely be able to tell in your photos. I love when everyone brings in their own personal style whether that is casual, fancy or a fun out of the box themed session. If you need any tips, I'm available in the planning stage of our session to help with selecting and coordinating outfits. I also have an exclusive client closet available filled with some absolutely gorgeous gowns that range in style from boho lace to fitted mermaid. All gowns can be worn by both maternity and non-maternity clients and can fit a wide variety of sizes.
DO YOU EDIT YOUR PHOTOS?
I do edit my photos. Editing is something I love and is actually a major portion of my work that I do behind the scenes. It is extremely important to me that you receive my best quality work because I understand that these are your memories. I want them to be timeless because they will be the images you share with your grandchildren and they will share with their children as well.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PHOTOS?
I most often release a sneak peek within the first 48 hrs. I do schedule the time to release the full gallery no later than 2-3 weeks depending on the season. However it is my goal to get them back to you as quickly as possible and often do so much earlier than anticipated.
WHAT IF I NEED TO RESCHEDULE MY APPOINTMENT?
Being a military spouse myself, I understand that schedules can change very quickly. I am very flexible and understanding. If anything should arise please reach out to me as soon as possible so that we may look at our best available options to having our time together rescheduled.
WHAT TIME OF DAY SHOULD WE SCHEDULE THE SHOOT?
For portrait sessions I normally schedule in the morning at sunrise or in the evening before sunset, for the best and most flattering light.
WHAT IS LIFESTYLE NEWBORN?
Lifestyle newborn is a less intrusive approach to newborn photography. The session takes place in the comfort of your own home. It focuses more on the love and connection between new babes and their families.
WHAT ARE YOUR FAVORITE LOCATIONS TO SHOOT?
I have a list of stunning locations all over that I love to shoot at! During the planning stage, we can chat about all of the things you desire the selected location to reflect and narrow them down to the ones that best suite your needs. If you have a new location that may not be on that list feel free to let me know! I love a good adventure and going new places!
